Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Your order arrives in a plain, unmarked box with no logos, brand names, or any indication of the contents. Your privacy is protected at every step.

What appears on my billing statement?
Your statement will show a neutral merchant name (e.g. "Eazora Online" or a generic descriptor) — nothing that reveals the nature of your purchase.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 10–25 business days, with tracking provided. Items shipped from our US/overseas warehouse deliver in 2–7 business days. US orders from China typically arrive in 10–15 days.

Can I return an item?
Unopened items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days (buyer pays return shipping). Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. All returns require prior approval — contact support first.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. Please check your local import laws before ordering — customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or restrictions in their country.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If your order contains items from multiple warehouses, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
